Order Info - terms and policies

Minimum Order is $10.00 before shipping. Orders under the minimum will either have the qtys increased till the minimum dollar amount is met, or a low dollar fee will be added to obtain the minimum order amount

Privacy Statement- All of your information is kept strictly confidential. I value your privacy as much as I value my own. Your name, address, email or any other information will NEVER be passed on to any individual, company or group.

Credit Cards - Yes. I accept Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. You can also pay via Paypal. The shopping cart is on a Secure Server. Your credit card information is completely safe. Minimum Order is $10.00 not including shipping. . All credit cards are processed manually. Nothing is charged until I do so at time of shipping.

State Tax - Only those ordering from the state of PA need to pay the state sales tax of 6%. The shopping cart is automatically set up to only charge PA residents.

Backorders - I will try my best to not have you wait for items but sometimes my suppliers are out of a particular item. I will email you when I see that there is going to be a delay in shipping an item. I hate waiting for items to arrive and I know you probably do too. So I will make every effort to get your order out to you as soon as I can. If you decide that you want me to ship the other items of your order and backorder the out of stock item, please be aware that I will have to charge you shipping when I ship the backordered item.

Shipping - The shopping cart has 5 zones and USPS or UPS has 8 zones. I had to combine several zones to get an estimated cost of shipping based on the weight of the items. Also, the shopping cart does not calculate for Priority Mail flat rate envelopes or boxes. So most of the time the shopping cart will show a high amount for shipping. This will not be the amount that you will pay. It is to be considered only as an estimate. I will always ship the most economical way that I can for you. Your credit card will not be charged until I manually do it.

All shipping will be done via Priority Mail in order for you to get your order within 2-3 days from the time I ship it.. So the minimum shipping charge will be $4.60. If the shopping cart charges less than that, please be aware that I will have to charge at least the minimum. I now regularly include Insurance for orders over $50.

Shipping Damages: All products leave here in new condition. Any damages that occur during shipment is the responsibility of the carrier and not The Clay Alley. All claims should be submitted to the carrier who delivered your package.

International Orders - Yes, I will ship internationally and have done so. The best method is to place your order on my secure server. I will email you with the options available for shipping your order to you. At that time you can decide which way to have your order shipped, Global express, Air letter post, economy or some other manner.

**** As a side note: I do have a client who uses a forwarding service. The name of the company is Skybox (http://www.skybox.net)and they are located in Miami, FL USA. I am not endorsing their services but am letting you know that there may be an alternative to shipping directly to you. My international client who uses Skybox is very pleased with their services so I thought it appropriate to let others know about them. ***

Orders - You can call me at 717-334-7473 from 9 AM to 4 PM Eastern time daily and give me your order and credit card information. I check the shopping cart several times a day and will process your order as quickly as possible.

Returns - I try very hard to be as descriptive about the items I am selling as possible. But in the event that you purchase something and then decide not to keep it, please email me about it. While I will refund the cost of the item, I cannot refund the shipping. You will have to mail the item back to me for refund of the purchase price less shipping and a $5.00 or 25% restocking fee, whichever is greater. All Returns/Exchanges MUST be made within 30 days of date of invoice.
